Erskine has always been ahead of the game with respect to technology in the legal field.
We have been paperless since 2005, maintaining hyper-secure servers to store and access all of our case files. In 2007, we developed and launched a web-based billing tool that allowed our team to keep track of their time in an intuitive and streamlined way. In 2012, we created a proprietary software product that allowed our team to handle discovery for hundreds—then thousands—of cases for a Fortune 500 client in California. In 2017 we expanded that software’s capabilities to include an AI-driven database for use in another Fortune 500 client’s nationwide claims and lawsuits.
Most recently, we launched Counsel Vision, which combines all of our previous products and allows our in-house clients to take back control of their claims and litigation portfolios with real-time reporting, analytics, communication, and informed settlement formulas. With Counsel Vision, we help our clients revolutionize the way they manage litigation.
