Natalie Erskine
Natalie is a Partner in our Rochester, Michigan office, where she specializes in commercial and business litigation, pattern litigation, appeals and advocacy, and insurance litigation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rice University and graduated summa cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law.
Additionally, Natalie is a contributing author to the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, where she has published articles in both "Michigan Civil Procedure" and "Hot Topics in Evidence.” Her article “Cross Fire: Judicial Intervention in Church Property Disputes after Rasmussen v. Bunyan,” was also published in the Michigan State Law Review, where she was the Managing Editor.
Natalie is admitted to practice in Michigan, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, she also serves as Vice Chancellor for the Episcopal Diocese of Michigan and is a board member of Motor City Lyric Opera.
