Mary is Partner with Erskine Law’s Southern California Office. She leverages her extensive experience and expertise by focusing her practice on consumer warranty litigation defense and products liability defense. Mary earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and her Juris Doctor from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. 

With a commitment to excellence and a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for her clients, Mary provides strategic legal counsel and defense representation in consumer warranty and products liability cases throughout California. She is admitted to practice law in multiple jurisdictions, including the Ohio State Bar, California State Bar, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, as well as the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California.

Mary is also an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association, contributing her insights and skills to the legal communities in both California and Ohio.
