Jonathan is a partner with Erskine Law’s Northern California office. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law. 

Jonathan is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Southern Districts of California. His practice areas encompass Consumer Warranty, Breach of Contract, Consumer Protection, Business Torts, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Civil Rights, and Medical Malpractice. 

Jonathan has been recognized on the California Super Lawyers list of Rising Stars. He has also earned multiple CALI Awards for Excellence in the Law, including for Legal Research & Writing. He is a member of the McAuliffe Law Honor Society and was awarded USF Law Advocate of the Year for Best Brief.
