Arash is an Associate in Erskine Law’s Southern California office. He specializes in civil litigation, bringing a keen understanding of both domestic and international legal issues to his role. His educational background includes a bachelor's degree in business from California State University, Long Beach, as well as advanced studies at the University of Strasbourg in France and the International Institute of Human Rights. Arash earned his Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School. 

Arash is a certified mediator and neutral person, having completed the Dispute Resolutions Programs Act certification in 2013. He also holds a California Department of Real Estate license. His international legal education is further demonstrated by his certificate of attendance in International Human Rights Law and Personal Data Protection from the Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France, and his study of Bioethics and Human Rights from Trinity International University. 

Fluent in Farsi and conversational in Spanish, Arash brings a diverse and culturally informed perspective to his legal practice. His multilingual skills enhance his ability to handle complex litigation matters and serve a wide range of clients.
