Tracey Porter, Partner

Tracey has been litigating complex commercial cases for years. Her litigation experience includes evidentiary hearings, a significant motion practice, all aspects of the discovery process, mediations, arbitrations, and trials in both State and Federal courts.

Tracey graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2002 summa cum laude and graduated from Wayne State University Law School cum laude in 2006. During law school, Tracey was an assistant articles editor and a senior articles editor for The Wayne State Law Review. Tracey also interned for Justice Robert P. Young while in law school. After law school, Tracey became an associate at one of Michigan’s leading boutique law firms, specializing in corporate restructuring and debtor / creditor rights. Also, prior to joining Erskine Law in 2017, Tracey worked for a full-service business law firm and focused her practice on complex commercial litigation, employment law, intellectual property rights, and probate matters.
