Jonathan is a native and resident of the San Francisco Bay area, and primarily handles Erskine Law’s Northern California caseload. He came to the firm in 2014 with a strong background in general liability prosecution and defense, anti-SLAPP litigation, and medical malpractice. Jonathan has represented the firm’s clients in scores of mediations, depositions, and court hearings throughout California. Jonathan graduated in 2011 from the University of San Francisco School of Law, cum laude, and has been named to Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list. When not practicing law, Jonathan enjoys his time at home with his wife and three young daughters, hiking in the nearby mountains and beaches, and watching the Golden State Warriors.
